Hi!

As some of you have already noticed I have imported my etcupdate
script into pkgsrc. I have also written a small introduction to
be submitted to BSD Today.

Please help me to fix the errors (typos, bad English etc), read
the text and send me comments and improvements. Please note that
this will be just a short introduction, the manual page will be
the definitive guide to this software.
