Hey,

Today I walked through the pkgsrc tree and moved files from pkg/ subdir to
the root directory of the package. Please make sure you have bsd.pkg.mk
at least revision 1.833 so it can understand it. pkglint has been updated
to deal with this, and url2pkg has been altered to create DESCR and PLIST
files in the top dir instead of pkg/.

This change should make extracting pkgsrc.tar.gz *much* faster,
first cvs update after this huge change can take a bit longer than usual,
though ;)
