Are these supposed to represent the exact image of current pkgsrc or the
accumulated builds?

i.e. what about old packages? Should they be left on there or deleted when
the pkgsrc update is done also? (I see multiple perls for instance as a start
in the binary areas).

The main reason is the bulk upload script doesn't force delete so I wasn't
sure if this was intentional or not.
