pkgsrc sets JAVA_HOME to ${LOCALBASE}/java/jre if sun-{jdk,jre} is
	selected. Unfortunately this breaks anything like jakarta-tomcat
	which needs to compile java.

	Does anything use the pkgsrc JAVA_HOME definition after package
	installation - maybe we should have a 'JAVA_HOME' for build
	depends and a 'RUNTIME_JAVA_HOME' to which packages set JAVA_HOME
	after install?
