This has nothing to do with a pkgsrc reorg (see Subject:), and can only
keep it from happening, esp. as that PR doesn't contain any valuable data
on how to implement the checksumming.

As I don't think changing pkg checksum is more than adding some code, and
then regen all checksums, this can be done in a seperate step very well.
We've done other changes before...
