I have a list (unfortunately, at home) which describes the set of 
packages that need to be installed, in order, to do what *I* need done
whenever I rebuild an Apache Server.  PHP is one of the steps along the
way.  I'll grab the list tonight and drop it onto the tech-pkg list
tonight.
