Lincoln Stein has a page devoted to porting cgi-lib.pl scripts to CGI.pm at
http://stein.cshl.org/WWW/software/CGI/cgi-lib_porting.html - it looks like
there is some compatibility functions built into CGI.pm to make it a bit
easier.
