Not really - just as we do with the PKG_FUZZ thing right now

Well, I expect these people to have PKG_DEVELOPE=yes. Maybe we can teach
pkglint to make sure it's set. :)

NetBSD - because Unix isn't just #include <linux.h>, i386, ILP32, ELF, ...!
