I don't think we suport rsh but we support pserver (at last some mirrors do).
ssh or pserver will work throuh a NAT firewall (for rsh it's a bit more work,
only the recent ipf allow it).
Also, if you use a socks-based firewall, ssh can be compiled with socks
support; this will work for cvs over ssh.
