Right now, we pull in the RUN_DEPENDS when both installing from pkgsrc
(because the pkg is thought of "running" then) as well as when installing
via pkg_add - that's just like DEPENDS, and that's why I'd like to see it
gone. (It's marked as deprecated for some time now anyways, but I admit I
forgot why it was marked as such initially)

The only difference between RUN_DEPENDS and DEPENDS is that you pass a
command/filename to RUN_DEPENDS and a package name to DEPENDS. In the
sense of a straighened user interface, I'd like to see consistency there.

Uh, i'm not aware I ever touched the update target, at least not on
purpose. Can you give me a revision number?
