What abouting adding some stub function if socks is used?

I would suggest that USE_INET6 and USE_SOCKS together either cause a
build failure. For now I moidified "pkgsrc/mk/bsd.prefs.mk" not to
activate IPv6 support if socks is used.

No, please not. That kludge was used far to many times already.
