Exactly how does one get CGI working with www/bozohttpd?  I built and
installed the thing a while back, but have yet to successfully get it
to run CGI apps.  The docs are little sparse on the subject.

The closest I've seen it to working is that it returns 'internal server
error' when I try a GET style uri.
