I have a set of suggestions for changes to Packages.txt

The changes are intended to correct spelling, and grammar, to make
explanations clearer, and to improve consistancy throughout.

Answers to some questions last week, and the expected answers to others
I have yet to post have some more fundamental changes coming to mind,
but one thing at a time...

Could anyone inclined to comment take a look at:
http://newbox.worldmap.net/pack.diff

It's in 160 wide side-by-side diff format with --left, so my changes
are obvious on the right side.

Please let me know if any of my changes are not an improvement, or
if you have better material. In some cases, I tried to do a cleanup without
making massive changes, so there are portions that I realize could be
better.

As an aside, if you want to see some y2k silliness I received this week,
look at http://newbox.worldmap.net/y2k.html while you're there. Not a fancy
page, and the graphics are too big, but it's somewhat amusing.
