IC... lintpkgsrc.pl is by far not all, though.  Where you really need to
add this for it to be used everywhere is in deweycmp() in
pkg_install/lib/str.c.

It's put into pkg_info from there, to be used in pkgsrc, and also in the
other pkg_* utils (that noone here ever uses anyways :).
