Subject: packages with local patches

	We have packages with various suffixes to indicate NetBSD
	patches - 'my2', 'abs1', 'p1'.

	Could we standardise on something and modify the deweydecimal
	compare routines to handle it.

	How about 'nb<n>' which evaluates as .0.<n> in the deweydecimal,
	so we get

		1.1 < 1.1nb3 < 1.1.1

	What do people think?
