hi people.

now that i've officially released lukemftp 1.0, i suggest that

a) we make a package of it. it's useful for solaris & linux (which use
   pkgsrc), and for older netbsd systems which may not have the latest
   and greatest ftp features wanted (or needed by pkgsrc)

b) we rototill pkgtools/ftp and just use lukemftp instead.
