Subject: Packages and restricted Source archives

  I see more and more software that requires one to jump
through some kind of hoops to get the source archive. This
ranges from sending a mail "I accept" somewhere, filling out
forms, etc. before one can download the archive.

  What is the best way to packetize those? Replace the
do-fetch target with "echo 'Download them yourself'"? Or do
we have other mechanisms in place for that kind of situation?
