I can't remember to see any previous talk on that topic, please forgive my
ignorance if I've missed it. My opinion on this is that it costs too much
for what it's really worth, and is too difficult to to maintain. 

I think going back to the gold old send-pr for problems and a nice "hi, I
got it" mail to tech-pkg and/or some port lists should be enough for now.

You didn't mention what you wanted to do with information gained that way,
