I'd put them next to ted, so they are easy to spot.

And I like the ordering LANGUAGE-COUNTRY as it matches the order in
locale settings (and COUNTRY is optional while LANGUAGE is not).

P.S.  uk is not in ISO 3166-1, so gb is the way to go.
