Yes, but that's not a whole lot of applications, really.  Now, I wouldn't
want anything more in "misc"... so:

Perhaps we need an "enterprise" or "business" category?  Trouble ticket
systems are, essentially, business management tools (even if there's not a
physical business involved, there's some sort of organization focussed on
that database).
