Maybe something that suggests what to put in MASTER_SORT for your
/etc/mk.conf instead - I see no need to keep this in /var/db/pkg. (You
need root to write there, but you don't need root to extract pkgsrc on
some machine and type "make fetch"; this would be broken then).

Some non-automatic "make suggest-MASTER_SORT" or so sounds like fun to
have (and implement). :-)
