According to the package system, the home page for the audio package
BladeEnc is http://bladeenc.home.ml.org/. I have been unable to reach
that page, but have found a newer home is on
http://home8.swipnet.se/~w-82625/
That page says "if you intend to link this page, please link it as
http://bladeenc.cjb.net
