We could even define patterns to exclude, and give them some nice names:

noshare -> exclude .../share*
nodoc	-> exclude .../{man,info,...}*
...

Shouldn't be too hard, but care needs to be taken to also rewrite the
+CONTENTS file. (Maybe create the /var/db/pkg/.../+CONTENTS file on the
run when pkg_adding...)
