What he says, plus:
I don't think it's useful to force every pkgsrc-current user to update his
pkg-tools for a change that enables things that should better not be used.
I don't really care about the change in the tools[*], but I'd prefer to
see the change in bsd.pkg.mk for the tools-version required be changed
back to what was shipped with out last release.
[*] indeed, having the possibility to really add full pathnames to PLIST
is a win, IMHO.
