     -r          Remove distfiles which are not referenced in any package's
                 md5 file, or has an incorrect checksum (usually due to an in-
                 terrupted download). To remove one or the other type, addi-
                 tionally specify the -u or -m flag respectively.

Shouldn't this be -o instaed of -u in the last line?
