chopps raised an interesting question about adding a recursive delete flag
to pkg_delete that would delete all pkgs which dependeed on the pkg in
question.

Are there any *technical* objections to this?  Procedural or sysadmin's
preference level objections to /dev/null please, it's been flamed that way
already and `I don't care'.
