Hi,

someone just told me that there are problems when @exec lines in PLIST
contain '!'s, but so far I was not able to reproduce this. If someone
stumbles across this, I'd be glad for a testcase I could check out.

P.S.: I've just committed a line to pkg_add to allow it to contain a
      line with @exec as the first (non-comment) line, IF there is no
      %D/%d/%F/%f in it. 

      (The %-excapes need a file before so they can be expanded).
