I notice that

	BSD_PKG_MK=1

has been added to bsd.pkg.mk, but I think it should also be included
in bsd.prefs.mk for the packages that need to include bsd.prefs.mk in
their package Makefiles, such as xemacs20 or ssh, before they include
bsd.pkg.mk.
