	Phil is updating a copy of the pkgsrc tree on www.netbsd.org
	for me so my next stage is to link to the READMEs for each
	package on ftp.netbsd.org and also extract the description of
	each package for the 'Changes by package' section.

	(Note, if the second list entry is not 'Changes by package'
	then it hasn't udated to the latest version and the link therin
	will be incorrect. Otherwise it should be fine.
