won't that make the plotutils package install in LOCALBASE (/usr/pkg) on
my machine? During the install, the package stuff used
/usr/pkg/bin/install-info, even though the package (plotutils) was
installed into /usr/X11R6. It was just when I tried to deinstall
plotutils that the package tools tried to use /usr/X11R6/bin/install-info
(even though gtexinfo is in /usr/pkg).

Is this an issue for all X11 programs which have info files?
