* The use of `p5-' as a prefix is pretty obscure, and is not, AFAIK,
  documented anywhere.  `perl5-' would have been a better choice.

* There needs to be a standard way for us to install Emacs extension
  packages, and some packages (e.g. zenicb, zenirc, w3, gnus).
