Hi,

you'll find a backport of the current version (CVS Revision 1.9) of 
the ural(4) driver for NetBSD 3.0 at 
http://imil.net/NetBSD/ural-netbsd-3.tar.gz
Copy ural-netbsd-3/* to sys/dev/usb
You'll need a fresh usbdevs file and will have to rebuild a usbdevs.h 
file, i used the one from current source tree, worked just fine. You'll 
also need to add the following to the files.usb file :

# Ralink Technology RT2500USB
device  ural: arp, ether, ifnet, wlan
attach  ural at uhub
file    dev/usb/if_ural.c               ural

Then just append :

ural*   at uhub? port ?

to your kernel config file, recompile and reboot.
