AFAIK, Texas Instruments never released some useful documentation about 
the acx110, so the only available driver is a reverse-engineered one.

I'm not sure, how NetBSD thinks about including RE-drivers but Wim 
Vandeputte from the OpenBSD Project made this[1] picture on a OpenBSD-box.
