I've experienced some strange behaviour with kernel/rtadvd/rtsol combination,
and I do not know which part to blame.

If I ifconfig my ethernet interface with a prefixlength that is not 48, i.e.
3ffe:100:ff::1:1/64 and then run rtadvd, rtadvd will hapily send out that
prefixmask / prefixlength, but rtsol will not pick it up.

At some point there should be (at least) a warning printed. I do not know if it
is rtadvd or rtsol or the kernel on the machine running rtsol?

Should I file a bug against this? Which part is misbehaving?
