well, you shouldn't.  an ICMP unreachable should not tear down an
established TCP session, and that is I think correct now, although
sometimes the timeouts seem to become pretty short.  I forget where I
was discussing this before---probably here, w.r.t. Fernando's draft?
so yeah, I was just saying ``be careful not to accidentally replicate
MS brokenness''.  I think on NetBSD we are safe from that for
everything in this discussion.
