I had not noticed rev 1.3, but just tried it.  While scp'ing a ~180M
file from a remote to the laptop, it reaches ~124K/s max and hangs/stalls
after 8 - 14M.  With 1.2, it completes and reaches ~430K/s.  I did not
take note of what speeds the driver thought were available.
