Hello everybody

Pavlin Radoslavov has set up the patches to bring IPv4 PIM support to
our kernel. This feature has been missing for a while (there is just a
patchkit against 1.6 available), so let's not miss the opportunity.

The patches are available here:
http://www.icir.org/pavlin/.private/netbsd/README
http://www.icir.org/pavlin/.private/netbsd/sys.20040826.patch
http://www.icir.org/pavlin/.private/netbsd/netstat.20040826.patch
http://www.icir.org/pavlin/.private/netbsd/pim.h.20040826
http://www.icir.org/pavlin/.private/netbsd/pim_var.h.20040826

Additionnaly, there is pim(4) and multicast(4) to import from FreeBSD,
and options(4) to update.

Coule someone knowledgable in that area of the kernel review the
patches? If nobody complain, I plan to check in that code in our tree
around septmember 5th

Please note I'll be AFK for vacations from 28/8 to 3/9.
