hi folks.

i recently installed a "new" SS5 as my router/firewall. this morning
i woke up this morning to it spamming it's console with

	arp_drain: locked; punting

and generally failing to route packets timely, or respond on the console
or network to key presses. dropping to DDB and rebooting fro there
worked...

this kernel has neither DEBUG or DIAGNOSTIC options so it must be
arp_drain() and arptimer() that are losing, but i'm really unfamiliar
with this code...

anyone have any idea what was going on?
