The 0x0350 leads me to believe that this is the MPI350 variety of
Cisco card?

Is it by chance a MiniPCI card?

I think that I saw patches in FreeBSD for this card. If you or somebody
else would bring the patches over to NetBSD and test, that would be a
wonderful contribution.
