In general, I don't see why we hold on to ipf so strongly.
It was neither developed with NetBSD in mind or by any NetBSD
developers.  (to my knowledge)

I realize that it is well established, but if new features come
around to allow better traffic shaping, or whatever, then why not
accept the use of something that we have more control over instead=20
of waiting on the ipf development to integrate a new feature?
