Probably.  The question is, will this be true of this new `forum'?

I know I certainly won't, especially as it doesn't seem to have a
mailing list interface (at least if it does the announcement didn't
give any indication of it).  In general, if it means subjecting myself
to the Web, I'm not going to bother unless it has some remarkably high
and obvious value to me.
