Watch out, though -- the 82542 (fabbed by LSI, I believe, and I'm pretty
sure all of these actually say "LSI" on the chip in big letters though
they have an Intel device ID) has broken hardware checksum that our driver
doesn't even try to use.  You need 82543 or newer.
