yes, of course. They re not on your Ethernet (or ARCnet or Token Ring),
but somewhere on the other side of your external network, but you don't
tell what it is.

Well, without seeing your real /etc/hosts, /etc/resolf.conf, /etc/ifconfig.=
*,
/etc/rc.conf and netstat -f inet output, nobody can tell what you have
mistyped... I suggest you ask again with more information.

Configure it correctly, I guess. Give enough information about what you have
