If the code you added for the ISDN case works, it should work too, since 
everything beyound the PPP packet is handled by common code.

I could not test it in real world setups, since providers here are still lame.

I think I tested it against rp-pppoe once, some time ago, but I'm not realy
sure.

Anyway, there are no special tweaks needed, it should just work (TM).
