Ok, I did that, but still I get
# telnet -N 204.152.186.171 80
Trying 204.152.186.171...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Can't assign requested address

The isdnmonitor output looks like the following:
09.03.2002 23:50:42 CHD 00001 I4BPPP rate 120 sec/unit (conf)
09.03.2002 23:50:42 CHD 00001 I4BPPP dialing out from xxxx to yyyy

09.03.2002 23:50:43 CHD 00001 I4BPPP outgoing call active (ctl 0, ch 0, isp0)

09.03.2002 23:50:43 CHD 00001 I4BPPP accounting: in 229, out 169 (in 0, out 0)

The connection is immediately hung up...

Martin, maybe we should switch to private email and just write a
summary for tech-net?
