I can confirm that the patch installs cleanly against a cvs source tree
labeled netbsd-1-5. You copy-pasted the patch from the mail, instead
of saving it? That failed for me also.

I alo would like to thank you very much: I asked about this ipv6 thing 
from this list and ipfilter mailing list several times, but no-one even 
bothered to reply.. Probably a too touchy issue or something..
But now it works!
