Hi,

I have been trying to get my IBM Ethernet II card to work with NetBSD
1.5

According to the "Supported Hardware" section on www.netbsd.org this
particular card is not supported,
but as far as I know it is an NE2000 compatible card.

After inserting the card into the slot, nothing appears in the 'dmesg'
output.

I have compiled my own kernel, including the ne* device.

How to I debug a problem like this? I'm familiar with Linux' /proc/*
files .
These are great for debugging hw related problems like IRQs, ports etc.
Are there any NetBSD equivalents?

I'm sure the card works - on Linux and W* systems it's running ok, so
the hardware is not broken.

Any help is appreciated 8-)
