pppd(8) doesn't describe any such option, and

	% cd /usr/src/*/pppd
	% find . -type f -print | xargs mcgrep -H -i tcpmssfixup

finds nothing, so I don't think I can.  (It may well be a version skew
issue, but it's not worth it to try to backport a more recent pppd just
for this, since setting mss_ifmtu seems to have made it work.)
