Does BitchX runs in IPv6 mode ?

I saw that BitchX (http://bofh.st/ipv6/apps.shtml) is patched to run with IPv6,
but in pkgser tree is it enabled ?

Or if I download this patched BX and put it to /usr/pkgser/distfiles and correct
md5 check sums will it be configured with IPv6 support ?
