But it doesn't work that way.

I try to reach www.3dfx.com.  It fails.

I call 3dfx.com.  They say "you're trying to hack our servers." or
simply ignore anything I mail/say.

It's the NetBSD user that loses here, even though it is actually the
server that is at fault.
